For nearly twenty years, I have worked with nonprofits and foundations in organizational development, research and learning, grantmaking, and strategic communications to advance justice and equity. I have worked on a range of issues from leadership development and voter engagement in the US to racial justice and gender justice worldwide.
I'm a values-driven strategic thinker with a generous spirit who takes a holistic approach to surfacing information and insights to support learning and decision-making. I have an orientation toward fostering relationships and information exchange for collective action, supporting long-term, systemic change solutions led by those most affected by injustice, and deepening a shared understanding of our interconnectedness.
I’m a parent of two little ones who share my love of nature, paperback adventures, the wonders of this world, and my adoring partner.
