Examples: Organizational audit, values clarification, value proposition assessment, staffing infrastructure, skills audits, and staff recruitment and hiring.


Research and learning

Gather information to support institutional and field-level knowledge building and sharing.

Examples: field scans, feasibility studies, facilitated knowledge exchange, desk research and literature review, internal and external stakeholder interviews, and case studies.



Grantmaking

Provide capacity support to support the design and implementation of grantmaking programs.

Examples: portfolio design, external review of proposals, progress reports, and grantmaking operations audit

Provide thought partnership to identify the purpose of organizational communications and strengthen efforts to meet aims.
